Open to Serve You in the SAFEST Setting During the COVID-19 Crisis

Radiology Associates’ doctors and staff are completely committed to the security of our patients and are utilizing every measure to create a safe and sanitary environment for all concerned. Our imaging centers are a SAFER environment for patients than in the hospital facilities during this time.

Patients: If your doctor has ordered an important diagnostic exam, please rest assured that we are here to serve you with the utmost care and safety in mind.

Physicians: RA is pleased to continue to honor ALL telemedicine orders and referrals remotely. You can choose to submit orders via fax at 386-274-5440, through our referring physicians’ portal or you can call our direct physician scheduling line at 386-777-9729 (XRAY).

WHAT WE’RE DOING TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

In order to protect our patients and staff, we are following the CDC’s recommendations to help prevent the spread of this virus and have also made temporary changes to our services.   Below is some information on what you can expect at your appointment at our locations.

  • We are routinely and thoroughly sanitizing our environment and adhering to social distancing guidelines by limiting the number of people in our waiting rooms, exam rooms and other areas of our facility.

  • We’ve removed all reading materials from the waiting rooms in our sites, to limit the amount of contact with high-touch surfaces, so you may want to bring your own materials.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP

We ask for your assistance in the following ways:

  • If within the past 2 weeks you have had any cold or flu symptoms (coughing, sneezing, fever, congestion, shortness of breath), please call us to reschedule your appointment (386) 274-6000. Out of precaution, we will gladly schedule a new appointment two weeks after your symptoms are fully resolved.

  • Please come to your appointment alone, if possible. If you need someone to accompany you, please limit it to one person only.

  • If someone is driving you to or from your appointment, please ask them to wait outside in their car or in an outside common area.

  • To help protect all of our patients and staff, each person entering our centers is required wear a face mask or cloth face covering for the duration of the visit.

  • Click HERE to read more on the CDC’s recommendation of using cloth face coverings to slow the spread of COVID-19.

  • We also ask that visitors please not wear gloves, as these are not a substitution for appropriate hand hygiene through regular hand washing or use of hand sanitizer.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and trust that you support our efforts to place the health and safety of our patients and staff first.
